The Student Center
The Student Center is a new space on the first floor of the First Place building adjacent to the main church. It is a space for students to be who students were created to be. The church's student ministry activities are held in The Student Center.

The Student Center is also available for meetings, parties, receptions, and concerts. Though it was created for students, it is open to the community to rent and use. Reservations come in 3 hour blocks of time, though half and full day rates are available. This time includes use of the space, your setup, the event, your clean up, and a staff approved supervisor to oversee the space. Tech costs are not included and vary per need. The renter is financially liable for all damages and resource use.
Renting The Student Center:
STEP 1. DETERMINE WHEN
Events at The Student Center are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Normally as far out as 3 - 5 months. It is important to look at our calendar below to see what days are available before moving forward. You can see the calendar below.
STEP 2. MAKE YOUR REQUEST
After you have picked a day that is open on the calendar you now need to read Facility Usage Policy. The link to these policies are is below. Once you have read them there is a link to our Facility Request Form at the bottom of that page where you will make your request. (See the link below)Filling out this form only requests the reservation. Within 2 business days you will hear from one of our staff via email notifying you if The Student Center is or is not available on the day and time you've requested.STEP 4. LOCK-IN YOUR RESERVATION
When you hear back that the date and time is available, you then need to pay your 50% deposit. This can be mailed or delivered in person to our church offices. When we have your deposit your reservation will be locked in.

Private Parties
Member Rate: $100
Non-Member Rate: $200
Basic Tech
(microphone, cd, dvd, projector)
Private Party Rate + $100
Advanced Tech
(everything offered under basic tech as well as band, video gaming, and advanced lighting)
Private Party Rate + Basic Tech + $100
Private Meetings
Member Rate: usable if available (no tech and no special setup)
Non-Member Rate: $300 for a half day & $500 for full day (8-3pm) - basic tech included
Note for use of projector: you must provide computer with slideshow and any adaptors. Our system has a standard VGA input.
