The Ark

The Ark is First Baptist Coppell's indoor play space for kids. Kids must be supervised and socks are required. Open hours are free to members and the community.

Open Hours are:

Mondays - 9am to 5pm
Tuesdays - 9-10:30am & 2-5pm
Wednesdays - 2-5pm
Thursdays - 9-10:30am & 2-5pm
Fridays - 9am to Noon (12pm)

To enter the space come to the back entrance of the church and press the buzzer. After you come in The Ark is off the hallway to your left.

Have your child's birthday party at The Ark!

On Fridays and Saturdays The Ark is available to be rented for birthday parties. There are 6 two-hour time slots (starting February 1, 2012) that you may choose from based on availability. The slots are:

Fridays - 12:30-2:30pm* & 3-5pm*
Saturdays - 10am-12pm*, 12:30-2:30pm*, 3-5pm*, 5:30-7:30pm*

*This time includes your setup, cleanup, and the party.

The Ark is a very popular location for parties. Please look at the calendar for availability before completing the online request form.

Renting The Ark:

Please read all directions before proceeding.

STEP 1. DETERMINE WHEN
Birthday parties at The Ark are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Normally as far out as 3 - 5 months. It is important to look at our calendar below to see what Saturdays are available before moving forward. You can see the calendar below.
STEP 2. MAKE YOUR REQUEST
After you have picked a day that is open on the calendar you now need to read The Ark Facility Usage Policy. The link to these policies are is below. Once you have read them there is a link to our Facility Request Form at the bottom of that page where you will make your request. (See the link below)

Filling out this form only requests the reservation. Within 2 business days you will hear from one of our staff via email notifying you if The Ark is or is not available at the time you've requested.

STEP 4. LOCK-IN YOUR RESERVATION
When you hear back that a date and time you have requested is available, you then need to pay your 50% deposit. This can be mailed or delivered in person to our church offices. When we have your deposit your reservation will be locked in.
