Workshop

This is a 3 Session Career Acceleration Workshop. We have created the workshop so that you can attend any or all of the sessions. Kent Billingsley, president of The Revenue Growth Company, is our key presenter for this series.

Session 1 - Career Planning and Resume Preparation 

The focus of this session is on packaging your skills, background and experience into a great resume and cover materials to help you land great interviews. You will learn how your resume should be part of an overall strategic career plan. In addition, you will be taught the importance of making continuous development a philosophy of your overall career.

Session 2 - Mastering the Interview Process

This session will give you secrets and insights about career acceleration. We will look at mastering all the parts of the interview process. We will take you inside the interview process and share insights and strategies that HR departments and hiring managers use to make decisions. If you have, or will have an interview in the next few months you will definitely want to register. 

Some topics that will be covered:
·   How to prepare for an interview - it has changed in the last couple of years make sure you are up to date
·   What to take with you to an interview and what not to take
·   What do you need besides your resume
·   What mistakes do most people make with their resumes in the interview
·   What are the different kinds of questions interviewers use and how should you answer them differently
·   How to handle the team interview - not knowing the right answer can really harm your career
·   How to handle resistance issues - after learning these advanced moves many people have tripled the number
     of job offers they receive
·   How to close an interview - almost everyone messes this one up - don't let it happen to you
·   How to negotiate salary - this can help increase  your salary by up to 20% or add an extra $5-10k to your yearly paycheck
·   What is the right way to follow up
·   What are the eight data points that companies use to evaluate
·   Learn the number one reason and only reason why companies make a hiring decision

Session 3 - Building and Living Your Dream Career 

This session is designed to help you stop stressing in your job and start enjoying success.
