It's the most wonderful time of the year! This is your opportunity to step away from the stresses and woes and join others in celebrating the birth of Jesus. We have a bunch of events this year designed for the whole family.
November 27, December 4, 11 & 18 - Advent Services
At First Baptist Church Coppell's Advent services we sing your favorite carols and hear messages of hope, peace, joy and love. Advent services are at 10am in the worship center, located at 590 S Denton Tap Rd in Coppell, Texas.
December 8 - Christmas by Candlelight (Women's Event)
The women of FBC invite women of all ages and stages of life to enjoy a night of fellowship and laughter on December 8 at 7pm in the Fellowship Hall. Our guest speaker is worship leader Jami Smith. December 9 - Kids' Christmas Extravaganza
Kids come join us on December 9 from 5:30 to 8pm. The night will be filled with a crazy gift grab (K-5th grade only bring a wrapped gift worth no more than $3), food, fun and more. Register your kids online at www.fbccoppell.org/kidschristmas. Large group activity will be provided for elementary and age-grouped childcare for preschool and below. Parents, this is a great opportunity for kids to have an amazing evening and for you to run some last minute holiday errands. December 21 - Student & College Christmas Concert
Calling all students! Join us for a rockin' good time as Jonathan McQuitty and friends play a Christmas concert. Cost is only $5 at the door and all proceeds go to support local churches in Kibuye, Rwanda as they minister to orphans and vulnerable children in their community. The concert will be in the Student Center on Wednesday, December 21 and begins at 6:30pm.
December 24 & 25 - Family Christmas Services
All of our Advent services lead up to our ultimate family-friendly Christmas celebration. Christmas Eve service is at 6pm and the same service will also be on Christmas Day at 10am. Both servcies will include "story-time with Pastor Clayton", some of your favorite Christmas songs and baptisms (if you'd like to be baptized contact Shawn at sbettes@fbccoppell.org by December 20).
